At Stein Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn condition.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy to monitor your refund status as it is processed.
