How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached. Some exclusions apply to final sale items.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international locations soon.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as PayPal and Stein Mart gift cards.
How do I use a promotional code?
You can enter your promo code at the checkout screen in the 'Discount Code' field. The total will be updated automatically before you complete your purchase.
Are the products sold online the same as in-store?
